approaches to mindset and behavioural change. She uses practical, down
to earth examples to create high performing cultures, teams and individuals.
During her career, Terri has held senior line management
positions in a variety of organisations where, among her many achievements,
she pioneered coaching for female high achievers. She developed models
of best practice for training coaches and trainers to deliver high performance
in blue chip organisations. She has also designed and delivered leading
edge programmes developing leaders in change in a variety of settings.

Terri is the author of a number of books and publications.
She speaks at numerous conferences and workshops on leadership and behaviour
change.
She holds a primary degree in psychology (with honours)
and an MBA from Fordham University in New York where she graduated as
a gold medallist and is a member of the honours society. She is a member
of the management board of the Association of Business Psychologists
in the UK, where she acted as conference speaker liaison.
