He consults on a wide range of talent management and leadership projects, providing best practice advice on selection and assessment procedures. He also helps organisations to identify leadership potential.

His operational experience includes designing and facilitating large scale talent management programmes including assessment centres, 360 degree feedback programmes, and competency development programmes. Heath and well-being for employees is an important issue and Joe has helped clients with corporate stress prevention policies, stress measurement in the workplace and to achieve a return on wellbeing investments.

Joe has a PhD, Psychology and a MSc in Organisational Psychology from UMIST School of Management, and a First Class BA (Hons) in Psychology, from University College Dublin, Ireland.
