Elizabeth has over 20 years’ experience during
which she has designed, delivered and managed a wide range of learning
and development programmes. She uses a variety of approaches and techniques
to design individual, group and team interventions.
Before becoming an independent consultant, Elizabeth
held senior roles with a variety of large organisations including GlaxoSmithKline,
Napp Pharmaceuticals, the NHS and Harvard University.
Her responsibilities for these organisations included
running learning and development functions, and formulating and leading
cross-company training and development strategies, including management
and leadership development.
Elizabeth has also worked as a HR generalist covering
recruitment, employee relations, performance management and policy development
matters.
As an independent consultant, she uses a mix of coaching,
consulting, training and facilitation. Her style combines in-depth expertise
with an ability to really understand and get under the skin of people
and situations. She then works with the client to jointly develop sound
and realistic approaches.
By providing a balance of support and challenge, she
gets people to learn and work together effectively in order to meet
their developmental and organisational objectives.
Elizabeth holds a masters degree in Industrial Relations
and Personnel Management from the London School of Economics. She is
also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development,
and a qualified MBTI practitioner.
