Feedback comes from peers, managers as well as non-managerial
staff.
High performers do very specific things well across
the board. LFR analyses the results these top performers achieve and
their leadership practices. It then diagnoses the cause and effect relationship
between the two.

- As a psychometric tool to help improve individual performance.
- In conjunction with OTI to help leaders through organisational and
