Organisational Transitions Inventory (OTI)
The OTI survey gives a bigger picture providing specific
information about what creates organisational effectiveness or ineffectiveness
in specific contexts. It identifies the factors that are most impacting
your business performance. It focuses on what has to be changed or developed
so that you can succeed and achieve your strategic intent.
It can be completed on-line and all entries are confidential.
Reports are available electronically and as hard copies.
Many company surveys focus on things like customer
and employee satisfaction levels. Although this is useful, it only identifies
the effect: not the cause. So, say for instance employee satisfactions
levels are low. Although you’ll want to put this right, you won’t
have the information to help you go about it.
OTI clearly and quickly identifies what needs changing
and how you can make those changes happen. It also shows you what is
already working well and what, therefore, you need to reinforce.
This means you can compare your company against other,
similar, organisations. It’s the first step in building sustainable
business improvement.
