High Performing Cultures
Our High Performing Cultures model describes the factors
that constitute a highly effective workplace. It helps companies build
on their strengths and tackle any problem or weak areas we identify.
The HPC model has several elements:
Workplace Environment
Do your company’s culture, structure, systems
and processes support and encourage the performance you need? It’s
essential that you have the right environment before you can achieve
sustainable excellent performance.
People Capability
Have you got the people you need to reach your performance
goal? Having people with the knowledge, skills, attitudes and personal
attributes is essential.
Leadership
Leadership is at the core of the HPC model. It is
measured by the vision, support and challenge leaders give to their
people.
Performance Enablers
Underpinning all the above elements are the performance
enablers. Using our company diagnostic tool, we will identify how effective
your leadership, structure and strategy are for converting knowledge,
money and competencies into results. By results we mean things like
profitability, customer service and change.
But first we need to find out your current and ideal
performance levels. Once we know this we can measure the gap between
where you are now and where you want to be. To do this we use our High
Performance Diagnostic Measure which includes our Organisational Transitions
Inventory (OTI).
